The receipe is very easy to make and extremly tasty- a good solution for dinner on a busy day (preparation time: 5 min, backing time: 20 min).
For two dishes, you will need the following ingredients:
4 slices of turkey liver
4 slices of bacon
3 cloves of garlic
Spices: sweet paprica, pepper, salt
First you need to coat the liver and the bacon with a little bit of olive oil (it will make it crispy) and add a pinch of salt and spices for some extra flavour. Then wrap the liver in bacon, using the toothpicks and insert some garlic slices inside.
You can use backing paper on your tray to avoid sticking. You need to wait around 20 minutes once you inserted the tray in the heated oven (backing temperature: 180 Celsius).
I served it with tzatiki sos. It’s so good!!!
