Healthy homemade cookies

Why buy unhealthy cookies from the supermarket when you can prepare them yourself using healthy ingredients. It’s really easy and fast! This is what you need:

2 eggs yolks

1 cup of rice/oaks flower (homemade)

1/2 spoon of cinnamon

1 applle

1/2 spoon of olive oil

The process is very fast if you use a blender. All the ingredients are mixed together and put on a yenna tray. For design you can use a small piece of dates or any other fruit. They go in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180` C.

As no sugar is included, the cookies can be served with honey. They can also be an ideal dinner dish for babies 😄. ENJOY!
